Spend a night in South Australia's cosmopolitan capital. Compact in size and with a number of major arts institutions and entertainment venues as well as 29 large public parks, Adelaide regularly ranks among the world's most liveable cities.

Embark on a ferry journey to Kangaroo Island. Visit Emu Ridge Eucalyptus Distillery for a guided tour and BBQ lunch before witnessing a Birds of Prey show. Finish your day with a beach walk at the Seal Bay Conservation Park.

Day 3: Adelaide

Day 4: Barossa & Hahndorf

Day 6: Blanchetown
Savour a leisurely morning as you cruise to Blanchetown, where you'll moor overnight. This evening you're in for another deadly treat as you continue to gather clues and attempt to unmask the murderer on board before they strike again.

Day 7: Swan Reach

Day 8: Ngaut Ngaut Aboriginal Reserve
Cruise slowly down river to Ngaut Ngaut Aboriginal Reserve for a guided boardwalk tour to witness ancient rock carvings. Return to your vessel for a further cruise to Younghusband.

Day 9: Depart Mannum

The Murray Princess is a true inland paddle wheeler built for the Murray River, with a character and charm of yesteryear. It is the largest inland paddlewheeler in the southern hemisphere. Catering for just 120 passengers, she brings the unique advantages of small ship cruising to the remarkable setting of Australia’s outback.

Don't be fooled by most modern-day imitation paddlewheelers where the paddle is often on the side and just for show. The Murray Princess is an authentic paddlewheeler which is propelled by its massive stern wheel. The onboard atmosphere is relaxed and informal by style. The lounge features a majestic view of the paddlewheel in action through the two-story viewing window. Upper and lower lounge areas are accessed by the classic brass and mahogany style spiral staircase.

The Murray Princess cruises between Mannum, Murray Bridge and Salter's Station along the Murray River. The wetlands in this area provide essential breeding and feeding habitats for many species of waterbirds, fish, invertebrates and plants, meaning that you'll see the wonderful wildlife in this outback setting.
